In the following speech, Hillel Neuer of the organization UN Watch powerfully conveys the utter hypocrisy and uselessness of the United Nations Human Rights Council. In theory unilateralism is a terrible , but when we see who are "partners" are, Bush's "lone cowboy philosophy" starts to make sense.
