Mark Lloyd, the Obama appointed Chief Diversity Officer of the FCC was caught on tape praising the Venezuelan socialist autocrat Hugo Chavez. What is most ironic about this is that an FCC bureaucrat is praising a leader who has aggressively shut down opposition radio and television stations, as well as newspapers.
